1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely! I love traveling for weddings and would be honored to capture your celebration, no matter where it takes place. Whether you're planning a romantic destination wedding, an intimate elopement, or a celebration outside of Chicago; I’m available worldwide.

Travel details are customized based on your location, and I’m happy to help with planning recommendations as well. Let’s connect and start dreaming up your perfect day together!

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, I do! I love helping couples plan a beautiful and meaningful engagement session. From choosing the perfect location, time of day, and outfit guidance — to making sure the session reflects your unique style and story; I’ll walk you through it all.

I want you to feel confident, relaxed, and excited going into your shoot. This is such a special time in your life, and I’m here to help make it a fun and unforgettable experience!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

I understand that life happens, and I do my best to accommodate changes. All sessions require a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date. If you need to reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible; rescheduling is allowed with at least 7 days’ notice and is subject to availability for portraits.

Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer, but I’m happy to apply it toward a future session if rescheduled within 60 days. For weddings and events, different terms apply, and everything will be outlined clearly in your contract.

If you have any questions or need flexibility due to emergencies, just reach out; I’m here to help.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes, I offer all three! Every session includes access to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your high-resolution digital images.

I also offer a curated selection of professional prints, wall art, and heirloom-quality albums; perfect for preserving your memories in a tangible, lasting way. I’m happy to guide you through the options to create something beautiful and meaningful for your home or as a keepsake.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes, we offer professional videography services for select events! Whether you're planning a wedding, Quinceañera, or milestone celebration, we collaborate with experienced, trusted professional videographers who share our artistic style and attention to detail.

If you'd like to include video coverage in your collection, let us know during your consultation.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Yes, absolutely! Your vision matters to us. During your consultation, we’ll go over any specific poses, moments, or details you’d love captured. Whether it’s a must-have family portrait, a creative pose, or a sentimental shot, we welcome your ideas and will thoughtfully incorporate them into the session.

8.How Long Until I Receive the Final Portrats?

Turnaround time depends on the type of session, as we carefully hand-edit each image to ensure it meets our highest standard.

Portrait Sessions: Delivered within 4 weeks

Weddings & Events: Delivered within 8 weeks

Quinceañeras: Delivered within 8 weeks

Once your gallery is ready, we’ll schedule a personalized reveal session where you can view your images, select your favorites, and place orders for custom wall art, prints, and heirloom albums. We’ll guide you through every step to create timeless pieces for your home and legacy.

9.Do you offer professional prints or albums?

Yes. We offer a carefully curated selection of wall art, fine art prints, and custom-designed heirloom albums . All crafted to preserve your memories in the most beautiful, lasting way.

Please note: Digital files, wall art, and prints are sold separately from your session fee unless otherwise stated in your selected collection. Everything is fully customizable during your reveal and ordering session, where we guide you through selecting the pieces that best suit your home and lifestyle.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons. Many of our clients reserve their sessions months, even up to a year in advance.

We intentionally take on a very limited number of clients to ensure every experience is highly personalized, unrushed, and deeply valued.

Our priority is to create a beautiful, thoughtful experience where you feel seen, celebrated, and never rushed with time and care poured into every detail.

11. How do I book a session?

It’s simple! Start by filling out our Contact Form, and we’ll follow up to schedule your personalized consultation. Once we finalize the details, a signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to officially reserve your date.

Please note: A signed contract is required for all services, including portraits, events, and weddings; this ensures clarity and protection for both parties..
